
This is my first attempt of making chili, at home in Tokyo. It went well than I thought it would turn out.
The book about chili, which I bought while I was at Sara's wedding last summer - helped me a lot to know what is actually in a bowl of chili.
Not many people know about chili in Japan, but I have a strong belief that the taste of chili really meets Japanese people's preferences. I'm hoping people would recognize that soon, so I can have chili whenever I want :-) Same goes for Mexican food!!

Thanks for your comment!! I'm mostly doing it for myself, and for keeping you and Bec updated about my life and little thoughts that I don't have time to write and share with you two.
